5. Together with agents, we aim to expand the market and broaden the agent channels.

PRINCIPLES FOR LONG-TERM AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT WITH AGENT

1/ REGULAR PURCHASE DISCOUNT:

  • Based on the committed quarterly sales volume, agents will exclusively participate in the discount program on the purchase volume.
  • When the committed purchase volume is achieved, agents will enjoy a discount based on the agreed-upon rate from the beginning of the quarter.
  • This DISCOUNT policy operates independently and runs concurrently with other support or business promotion programs from the Manufacturer/Distributor for agents.

2/ PRICE POLICY, PRICE PROTECTION:

  • Agents will enjoy the corresponding agent price policy based on purchase results and other collaboration commitments.
  • The price policy is designed to ensure competitiveness and maximum profits for agents in the market.
  • In the event of a Manufacturer/Distributor price increase, agents will be notified at least 45 to a maximum of 60 days in advance to adjust their ordering policies accordingly.

Purchase Price:

  • Agents are encouraged to expand the market to increase the customer base and become exclusive large distributors in the planned areas within the system.
